Ticketing Time Limits are the time frames tickets must be issued by as advised in 'Fare rules - paragraph 5'.
Ticketing Time Limits will vary dependent on the date the PNR was created. Should the itinerary involve interline carriage, these carriers may have more restrictive ticketing conditions which must be adhered too.

| Amadeus | FQDAKLLON/D15APR/ANZ/IX (IX is asking for the lowest fare for that carrier) FQN1//AP (1 being the line number and SO means stopover paragraph) |

| Sabre | FQAKLLON15APR-NZ RD1*5 (1 being the line number and 5 being the paragraph number) |
Ticketing Time Limits for Peak Flights
During peak travel where demand is high, Air New Zealand may send a vendor remark via the PNR requesting ticket numbers to confirm seats are wanted. This helps ensure speculative space is released and returned to availability to clear possible waitlists.
Should a vendor remark for ticket numbers be received please action as follows:
- Ensure ticket numbers appear in PNR
- Always respond with an OTHS SSR (even if ticketed)

Provision of Airline Ticket Numbers
Please be reminded of the importance of entering valid ticket numbers into Air New Zealand bookings in accordance with ticketing time limit requirements.
For details on terms and conditions that applicants and Accredited Agents must comply with to undertake sales on behalf of IATA Member airlines, refer to the Travel Agent's Handbook (TAH818g) effective 1 June 2009. Failure to adhere to Resolution 830a and 830d as outlined in the handbook will result in the immediate cancellation of the booking by Air New Zealand without a GDS message being sent.
