The service fee of NZD50.00 (plus GST) applies to all manual refund applications that could otherwise be refunded via your GDS.
Service fee is exempt for the below options:
- Customers who request a refund of a 086 V-MPD issued for an NZ Service.
- Tickets where the customer is requesting a refund as a result of a flight disruption.
- Tickets that are more than 12 months past their original date of issue.
- Tickets used as exchange documents (reissued against) where the new ticket is subsequently voided cannot be auto refunded.
- ET's where the coupon(s) status requiring a refund is no longer showing available/open.
- Galileo issued ET's that have been reissued.
- Refunds that require accompanying documentation, e.g. a Lost Ticket Indemnity (LTI), a duplicate ticket refund, a retrospective refund for compassionate travel, etc.
