Eligibility for application of Schedule Change Policy

All bookings must have been ticketed prior to the schedule change.

Note: The schedule change policy applies to NZ flights, including NZ Domestic, International and NZ Codeshare flights*.

Domestic

  • there has been less than 3 weeks notice of the schedule change prior to the ticketed flight
  • or the ticketed flight has been terminated
  • or there has been a cancellation to the last flight of the day due to a schedule change

International

  • there has been less than 3 months notice prior to the ticketed flight and/or
  • the ticketed flight has been terminated or cancelled
  • or there has been a significant flight re-schedule

* NZ Codeshare flights applies outside 72 hours of departure. Within 72 hours is generally considered a disrupt and the operating carrier becomes responsible.
