Domestic
- there has been less than 3 weeks notice of the schedule change prior to the ticketed flight
- or the ticketed flight has been terminated
- or there has been a cancellation to the last flight of the day due to a schedule change
International
- there has been less than 3 months notice prior to the ticketed flight and/or
- the ticketed flight has been terminated or cancelled
- or there has been a significant flight re-schedule
* NZ Codeshare flights applies outside 72 hours of departure. Within 72 hours is generally considered a disrupt and the operating carrier becomes responsible.
