When the disrupt occurs due to uncontrollable circumstances such as weather, the fare rules and conditions apply.
Alternatively the passengers may opt to hold their fares in credit for 12 months from date of issue.
If the disrupt is considered controllable, such as an engineering problem, a full refund of the unused portion of the ticket can be requested within the ticket validity (12 months from date of issue).
