Paper Ticket Request

From 01 June 2008 BSP agents were unable to issue BSP paper tickets and where the GDS is unable to issue an Interline Electronic Ticket (IET) on 086 plate, Air New Zealand will assist and issue a paper ticket for you.

  • Partner Services office hours are Monday - Friday 0830 to 1630 excluding public holidays.
  • To avoid potential delays please submit your request ahead of your ticketing time limit.  For urgent requests ensure a minimum of 5 working days for processing.
  • Ensure all mandatory fields on your Paper Ticket Request Form are completed before you submit your request. NB: when your PNR includes an infant, for interline travel and where an interline electronic ticket can be issued for the adult/child, please ensure you issue the electronic tickets for all accompanying passengers first, before requesting a paper ticket for the infant.
  • All Interline Fare Quotes must be calculated on your Paper Ticket Request Form in NUCs with ROE and the details entered into the 'Fare Calculation and Taxes box'.
  • Forms of payment accepted:
    • Agency direct debit (ADM) via BSPLink - Published or nett airfares
    • Passenger's credit card/Travelcard - Published fares only (as an agent you must sight the card to verify signature)
    • Urgent paper ticket requests within 5 days of travel commencement date, credit card will be the acceptable form of payment.
  • When ticketing has been completed a Vendor remark will generate advising 'Paper tickets have been issued 'DATE', and sent to 'ADDRESS' and 'TICKET NUMBERS'.
  • Once you have received the paper ticket(s) please check the ticket(s) against your client's travel details to ensure all flight details ticketed are correct. Remember to add ticket numbers into your GDS PNR and generate ticket numbers to all applicable carriers.
  • Where commission is due an ACM will be automatically issued.
  • Service Fees:
    • All subsequent voluntary changes requiring re-ticketing will incur a fee of NZD50.00 per ticket.
    • The service fee applies to all paper tickets including those issued prior to 01 June 08 by Wholesalers, Consolidators, Travel Agents or Air New Zealand.
    • The service fee will not apply for re-ticketing of Infant paper tickets.
    • For all LTI reissues an NZD75.00 fee will apply.
  • For after hours and public holidays contact the Air New Zealand Call Centre (Ph: 0800 737 000) for a paper ticket. Credit Card or UATP are the only acceptable form of payment.
