A name correction fee of NZD50.00 per ET applies for ticketed PNR'S.
- Divide the infant from the PNR
- Wait until the new Reloc for the divided PNR has been received, then cancel the divided infant's PNR
- Request an authorisation from Sales Support to refund the original infant ET
- In the original PNR, add the correct infant name field
- Reinstate all infant related OSI/SSR's, including date of birth
- Name select to issue the infant ET, pricing at the applicable infant airfare on the day of issue
We require documentation to verify the name correction, e.g. Passport, or similar proof so that we can determine that it is the same passenger travelling.
Name corrections are not permitted on Infant Interline E-tickets and Code Share flights for GDS and WEB bookings. These need to be refunded and rebooked at best available airfare.
