Complete the 'Reduced Fare Transportation Resolution 880 Application Form' for International AD Travel for NZ based Travel Agents.
- The Resolution 880 Form must be signed by the office manager and on your Travel Agency Letterhead.
- Ensure the Air New Zealand PNR reference is visible on the application form.
- This application form, accompanied by a photocopy of your 'IATA Travel Agent Identification Card' is to be faxed or emailed to Partner Services (09 336 2756) for approval.
- Applications must be received at least four working days prior to departure for approval.
