Another airline offered me a better deal, can you match it?
If you know the quotes of other airlines prior to submitting your request please advise the details on the Group Price & Booking Form. If you receive a cheaper price after our quote, please advise us and we will do our best to match.
How do I change the date of travel?
If there is an amendment date to one sector only you can request the alternative date via direct segment entry or through request availability. Don't cancel the original sector until you receive confirmation of your new request.
If the group wants to change both the outbound and return dates this will need to be requested through Group Sales.
Some passengers want to extend their stay?
Passengers who want to extend their stay can, however they could be subject to upgrading to a higher fare. After ticketing see the applicable filed fare rules.
How do I add more seats/passengers to a group?
If the request is for less than 10 seats you can book best fare from availability.
When inserting the name field and using the group name we recommend to slightly reformat it to avoid dupe booking messages.
Once booked advise Group Sales of the booking reference as well as the main group pnr reference. Group Sales will insert the pnr identity number (from the main group pnr) into the agent's additional pnr, this will avoid any ADM's being raised.
If the request is for 10 or more seats, this will need to be requested through Group Sales.
Some passengers want to join an international group but are departing from another port(s), can they still be part of the group?
As long as passengers travel on one international sector with the group they can be part of the group and be entitled to group conditions. Check with Groups Sales for booking procedures.
