Some forms can be processed online while others will need to be printed and either faxed or DX to the appropriate department for action. All forms are for the use of NZ based Travel Agents only.
The forms are designed that after the first initial entry of data certain fields of information will automatically be stored. This information will auto populate when you next use the forms, conveniently saving you time.
