Effective from 15 October 2008 Eurostar ticketing on Air New Zealand European (_EU1Y / _EUOW) Airfares to Paris - Gare Du Nord and Disneyland, will be issued by Air New Zealand Partner Services on a paper ticket.
For all permitted Air New Zealand airfare itineraries that contain Eurostar sectors, where other sectors can be issued on an electronic ticket, the selling agent will now issue all segments of the itinerary with the exception of the Eurostar sectors.
To facilitate this process:
- Segment relate your fare quote, specifying the correct fare basis for all segments (e.g_EU1Y / _EUOW) excluding Eurostar. This may require a fare quote over-ride or fare build. Issue an e-ticket for these sectors only.
For any further assistance regarding segment related quoting please contact your GDS help desk for assistance.
- Complete a paper ticket request form for the Eurostar segments
- Include your international e-ticket numbers, a copy of the PNR, and international airfare sold.
