In cases of uncontrollable disrupts such as weather, where the rebooking/rerouting options do not enable the passenger to achieve the purpose of their journey within a reasonable time frame, you as the agent can offer the option of holding the ticket in credit.
The credit can be held to the value of the unused portion of the ticket, including taxes and levies for future travel on NZ services. Change fees are waived, however any fare differential will apply.
The credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Once the new PNR has been created to reval/reissue the original ET, if the coupon status shows 'Suspended' please contact Agency Sales Support to change the coupon status to 'Open'.
