You will need to provide the appropriate documentation to be considered for Compassionate Travel, on Air New Zealand operated services (NZ metal) and fares only.
Note: Air New Zealand Compassionate Travel only covers travel within 7 days for bereavement and within 72 hours for an unexpected serious medical emergency situation.
