Our "Seats to Suit" product is now flying on our Tasman and Pacific Island routes (excluding Tahiti)
So whether your customers just want to get from A to B, or they like to fly with a bit of pampering, we have an option for them. These four options are available on our A320 aircraft, with Business Class also available on our bigger planes. Due to the longer flight times between New Zealand and Tahiti, we will offer our regular Economy and Business Class service on these flights rather than our Seats to Suit options.

Seating and Seat Request
Seat Select is only available to The Works and Works Deluxe passengers after ticketing has been completed. Note: Seat Select is not available on NZ7000 series flights
Works Deluxe Seating:
Works Deluxe passengers will predominantly be seated in the front two rows (left & right hand side) with a seat pitch of 34” or 35”. Note: Works Deluxe is not available on NZ7000 series flights
Space+ Seating
30 seats with 33” – 35” Seat pitch for our frequent flyers (Gold Elite, Gold & Koru members).
- Gold Elite, Gold and Koru members will only be able to advance Seat Select into Space+ zone if they purchase The Works product.
- For Gold Elite, Gold and Koru members who purchase the Seat and Seat+Bag product they will not be entitled to advance Seat Select in the Space + zone, however they will be entitled to advanced Seat Select in the remainder of the aircraft and at the Airport will be able to access Space+ on a space available basis.

Unaccompanied Minors
Air New Zealand recommends when booking unaccompanied minors (UMNR) on our Seats to Suit product to Australia or the Pacific Islands that The Works product is purchased to ensure the UMNR receives a complimentary meal, drinks and full access to in-flight entertainment including blockbuster movies.
If the customer is wanting to buy the Seat or Seat+Bag product it is important they are reminded that food, drinks & movies are not included. These are available via our in-flight bites menu, however, cash is not accepted on board. Vouchers can be purchased at the airport.
