5. Fares

All domestic agent discounts are based on full economy fares plus GST and any other applicable charges. To obtain an accurate price, fare quote the booking as per the ticketing instructions above.

Domestic and International agent discount fares are based on the fare basis below:

Sector Fare Basis
Domestic YFPLUS
Tasman
MWRKNF
Pacific Islands (excl PPT)
MWRKPF
PPT MPPTRT
BJS/SHA YCN1Y
HKG YHK1Y
TYO/OSA YJP1Y
USA/HNL YAM1Y
YVR YCA1Y
LON YEU1Y

Taxes are required to be paid on agents discount tickets as per normal fare paying customers.

To calculate the agents discount level, deduct the applicable discount from the published fare, e.g. for travel.
AKL/LAX/AKL, if the YAM1Y level is $4,050.00, to calculate an AD75 deduct 75% from $4,050.00 giving an agents discount level of $1,012.50 then add any applicable taxes, levies and surcharges.

6. General Conditions to Note

  • All governing conditions as per IATA Resolution 880 apply.
  • Your IATA Travel Agents Identification Card must be presented at check-in.
  • When travelling on non-subload or subload tickets any general onboard service failures e.g. nil meal delivery / no choice or IFE failure etc. compensation will not be an option.

    • Go to the Air New Zealand service desk or call the local Air New Zealand reservations office if the desk is unstaffed;
    • Identify yourself as travelling on an Industry rebate ticket , and
    • Ask to be listed on the next available flight.
  • Remember, you will have to make your own arrangements for accommodation and meals until you get onto a flight. Air New Zealand can not be held responsible for these delays or associated expenses.
  • Agents Rebate tickets do not earn Airpoints.
  • Koru Club members travelling on rebated travel tickets are not entitled to pre-seating.
